Pakistan signs a new peace deal with the Taliban, Al-Qaida, and the tribesmen. This allows for safe sanctuary area in Waziristan, for them to “live in peace”. Pakistan forces are to withdraw the troops from this area and exchange prisoners, return weapons, etc…
